Flats and Morrisons shop proposed for Royal Mail site
A FORMER Royal Mail sorting office in Princes Risborough could be knocked down to make way for flats and a Morrisons Local.
Royal Mail stopped using the large red brick building in Bell Street as a delivery office in early 2012.
Eric Gadsden from WE Black has now put in a planning application to knock down the existing building and build a two story building with retail use on the ground floor and five flats on the first floor.
The application said the proposal includes a total of 380sqm of retail floor space which is proposed to be used by Morrisons Local.
The five flats would be a mix of one and two bed units. To view the application go to Wycombe District Council's planning portal.
