Park Lodge Quarry Pinewood Road Iver Heath Buckinghamshire SL0 0NE- Variation of conditions 1, 2 and 15 of planning permission SBD/8202/07 to amend the approved phasing scheme and extend the lifetime of the site to 31 December 2015 (Planning Application Reference CM/03/14).
