A BUSINESS organisation is running a workshop in Marlow for employers to find out more about taking on apprentices.
Bucks Business First will give a talk at the Clare Charity Centre in Saunderton on Tuesday, March 4 from 5pm.
A second is scheduled on March 13 at the Crowne Plaza hotel in Marlow, with both set to coincide with National Apprentice Week which begins next month.
The briefings are designed to inform business owners and recruiters about the benefits of hiring apprentices and the financial incentives available for taking on the new recruits.
The High Wycombe talk begins and 5pm, with the Marlow workshop running from 8am.
National Apprenticeship Week, which runs from March 3 to 7, is coordinated by the National Apprenticeship Service and aims to celebrate the achievements of apprentices and promote the practice to a wider audience of potential employers.
Talks are free for Bucks Business First members. For more information Jane Mason on 01494 568944.
