PENN Festival is returning once again with a line up including Betty Boo, The Buzzcocks and Whigfield.

The three day family festival will take place in Penn Street from July 18 to 20.

On the Saturday night Betty Boo, Dub Pistols, Phats and Small and more will be performing.

And on the Sunday The Buzzcocks, From The Jam and Hot Chocolate will take to the stage.

A key element of Penn Festival is showcasing the very best under the radar bands.

Many of the bands who performed in previous years have gone on to secure record deals and achieve Radio 1 and Radio 2 airplay. This year, once again, there will be a selection of exciting new bands performing.

As well as music there will be free creative workshops, circus skills workshops, children’s entertainment, arts based stalls and lots more.

There will be a beer tent with a full range of wines and ales and a selection of food stalls.

Camping will be available on site. The festival will take place at The Big Park, Horsemoor Lane in Penn Street on land owned by Lord and Countess Howe.
