ADAMS Park is being opened up for a Bank Holiday seven-a-side competition organised by the Wycombe Wanderers Ex-Players Association.

It's the third time the competition has been staged and all money raised from the tournament will be donated to the Scannappeal charity for the breast screening unit at Wycombe hospital.

Former Wanderers playing heroes Bob Dell, Trevor Bunting, Keith Ryan and Keith Scott have all played in the last two tournaments, with current manager Gareth Ainsworth lacing up his boots last year, and many familiar faces are set to take part again.

The tournament will feature between 12 and 16 teams split into groups and the Adams Park gates will open at 1.20pm on Monday, May 5 ahead of a 2pm kick off.

Car parking will be free while entry into the stadium will be £5 for adults and £2 for children.

There will be a barbecue and things for the family to enjoy throughout the afternoon, including cheerleaders to get the teams in the right mood.
