CHESHAM'S new skatepark is to be officially opened on Saturday.
The new £70,000 facility in Lowndes Park is to be opened at midday by the town's mayor, Mark Shaw.
Building work started in February after potential users were asked for their views on which design they liked best at a series of Town Hall meetings.
The new skatepark will be located next to the existing Multi Games Area and will have a disabled accessible pathway to ensure mud is not brought in by wheels.
