CHEERS and stunts were on show at schools’ cheerleading contest.
The Kobika Starlites, a High Wycombe-based cheerleading squad, hosted the Bucks Secondary Schools' Cheerleading Competition at Sir William Ramsay School in Hazlemere.
Wycombe High School, Great Marlow School. St Michael’s Catholic School, Sir William Ramsay School and Sir William Borlase Grammar School entered ten squads between them for the showpiece.
Over 160 participants competed in two categories - Cheerleading and Group Stunt - over three different skill levels. The Team Spirit Award went to Great Marlow School.
One spectator commented: "I love the way every school supports and cheers all the others. Great atmosphere."
The Starlites will be hosting The Bucks Primary Schools Cheerleading competition on May 7 and are expecting over 260 participants.
