A 21-YEAR-OLD man appeared in court yesterday to deny a charge of causing death by dangerous driving.
Damien Yearwood, of Rushbrooke Close, High Wycombe, pleaded not guilty to the charge during a hearing at Aylesbury Crown Court.
He is accused of causing the death of Paul Morris following a collision in Station Road, Loudwater, on August 14 last year. Mr Morris died of his injuries five months later.
Yearwood's trial is scheduled to take place at the same court in September.
