A PRESCHOOL has celebrated its first birthday in Marlow with a little help from a group of green fingered scouts.
First Steps First Preschool in Marlow received a helping hand from the nearby 3rd Marlow Bridge Scouts, who planted flowers for their younger neighbours.
And the helpful troop also built large containers for the private preschool’s garden to brighten it up for summer.
Owner Susan Campbell-Baker said: “We really appreciate the support of the Scout group and it was lovely to receive these gifts. We look forward to many more years in Marlow.
“Our fantastic new setting is a safe, fun environment in which children can develop and learn to make the transition to school so much easier.”
Susan started First steps first over 30 years ago, and in June 2013 the preschool moved from Cadmore End to its new home in Mill Road, Marlow, where it shares a garden with the scout troop.
