DOMINIC Grieve has been replaced as Attorney General by Jeremy Wright, the Prime Minister has confirmed this morning.
Previously Parliamentary Undersecretary of State for Justice, Mr Wright usurps Beaconsfield MP Mr Grieve as the country's top lawyer.
David Cameron confirmed the appointment as part of his cabinet reshuffle today.
Kenilworth and Southam MP Mr Wright has previously served as the Lord Commissioner of HM Treasury and as a government whip.
The 41-year-old is a supporter of HS2, which runs through his constituency.
