JOHN Lewis High Wycombe will have a new man at the helm next year after it was announced the store’s Managing Director is on the move.
Incumbent MD Lisa Williams leaves the Cressex-based branch in 2015 as she takes on the challenge of running Birmingham’s first John Lewis store.
Gordon Stenton, who is currently in the hot-seat at John Lewis Reading, will take over from Mrs Williams when she departs for the new £35m store.
Mr Stenton, 52, who joined the John Lewis Partnership in 1978, said: “I know that the shop and its partners play an important role in the community and I am delighted to become part of this too.
“I look forward to working with my new team to continue to offer customers an outstanding shopping experience.”
