POLICE are appealing for help tracing a Chesham man who has been missing since Saturday.

Vincent Rostron was last seen at his home in Brockhurst Road at 1pm on Saturday.

The 53-year-old left his phone, wallet and other belongings in the property which officers say is “out of character”.

He is described as 5ft 9ins, slim with short grey hair and a short beard.

When he was last seen, Mr Rostron was wearing blue denim jeans, a black jacket with ‘J Cole’ on the sleeve, white trainers and possibly a beanie hat.

Mr Rostron - who wears glasses and has a tattoo of a swallow on his left forearm - drives a black Vauxhall Insignia with the registration plate S5 AAU.

The vehicle may have been seen near Launceston in Cornwall on Sunday and Monday, police said.

Sgt Barry Philpot said: “Vincent has left the house with only his bank card.

"He has left his phone, wallet and other belongings behind, which is very out of character.

“We would urge anyone who has any information about Vincent’s whereabouts to contact us as a matter of urgency.”
