Major road resurfacing project to begin tomorrow
Work to resurface three major roads in Amersham town centre is set to begin tomorrow.
Overnight closures to allow the work to take place will begin at 7.30pm on Friday.
Station Approach, Chiltern Avenue and Hill Avenue will all be resurfaced by teams from Buckinghamshire County Council.
The programme of work is set to last for a month, and will involve night closures from 7.30pm-6.30am.
As part of the project a new pedestrian crossing will be installed outside the railway station.
