Staff at the Amersham office of Wilkins Kennedy
The Amersham office of accountancy firm Wilkins Kennedy got together to support Jeans for Genes Day last month.
On Friday 18th September staff and partners were encouraged to wear their jeans to work for the day in exchange for a £5 donation to the charity, raising a total of £125.
Partner Stephen Grant commented: “We had great fun on the day and we were all pleased to raise money for such a worthy cause.
“I’d like to thank everyone for their efforts and kind donations on the day and we look forward to repeating the event next year.”
Jeans for Genes Day estimate that 30,000 babies and children are newly diagnosed a genetic disorder in the UK each year.
