A prep school for girls in Amersham was last week ranked third in the prestigious Sunday Times list of the UK’s Top 100 Independent Prep Schools.
Heatherton House School in Copperkins Lane, an independent day school for girls aged three to 11, charges between £3,260 and £4,110 per term.
Head teacher Peter Rushforth said: “Congratulations to everyone that has contributed to this well-deserved accolade, especially the children.
“Wonderful results like this don’t surprise us as the Heatherton community is one that is really passionate about education and about developing the individual.
“For many years it has remained highly successful in enabling its pupils to move on to their first choice of senior school.”
