Development plans for the site of a popular supermarket in Amersham will be debated during a public consultation this weekend.
Attendees of the meeting on Saturday - which runs from 10am to 3pm at the Amersham Free Church in Woodside Road - will include Angle Property who own the former site which was home to the former Iceland store as well as Cargo and Chiltern Watson Opticians.
The event is organised by the Amersham Action Group and will also be a chance for residents to have their say of other key issues such as the construction of HS2, the Chiltern District and South Bucks Local Area Plan, and The Amersham Pool Complex.
Chris Wilson, who has been Chairman of AAG since 2014, said: "There will be an awful lot of information available to the public at this event and I believe there will be something of interest to every single resident of the town.
"As well as the important areas of property development and transport, we will also be presenting our plans to build on the great success of the Town Show, which we integrated into the Amersham Carnival and the Amersham Christmas Showcase.
"We will be supported by the Chiltern Chamber who will be looking to receive feedback and suggestions from the local business community to make these events even bigger and better."
