HUME, Caroline Mary Known as Mary, formerly of Thame. Passed away peacefully on Sunday 7th December 2014 in Avondale Care Home, Aylesbury aged 93 years. She will be sadly missed by her family and friends. Funeral Service will take place on Tuesday 23rd December at 12.30pm in The Hampden Chapel at The Chilterns Crematorium, Amersham. Family flowers only please, but donations if desired to Crohn’s & Colitis UK c/o Surman & Horwood Funeral Service, 25, High Street, Princes Risborough, Bucks, HP27 0AE.
