SMITH, Sybil On 13th June 2015, peacefully at Stoke Mandeville Hospital, aged 77 years. Much loved mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She will be greatly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service at The Chilterns Crematorium, Amersham on Friday 3rd July at 2.30pm in the Milton Chapel. No black please.
