WALTERS, Patricia (Pat) Anne Passed away suddenly at home on 24th. September 2015. Will be sadly missed by her daughters, Karen, Andrea and Dawn and their families. Reunited with husband, Dave. Funeral to be held at St. Mary and St. George Church, Rutland Avenue, High Wycombe on 12th October at 12 noon. Flowers to Surman and Horwood, Crowell .
