HODGKINSON Sylvia Died peacefully on 24th January 2016 aged 79 years surrounded by her family. Funeral service to be held in the Hampden Chapel, Chilterns Crematorium, Amersham, on Tuesday, 9th February at 1.15pm. Family flowers only but donations, if wished, to the Wycombe Hospital Stroke Unit (5901), c/o Wright Funeral Services, 106 High Street, Great Missenden, HP16 0BE.
