CHAPMAN Joyce Passed away peacefully aged 95 years at Stoke Mandeville Hospital after a short illness on the 18th April 2016. She will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service to be held at the Hampden Chapel, Chilterns Crematorium on Friday 6th May at 12.30 pm. All Welcome. Family flowers only, donations will go to Cancer Research UK and the British Heart Foundation c/o Beacon Funeral Services, 27 Rose Avenue, Hazlemere, Bucks. HP15 7PH
