YOUNG Joan Passed away peacefully on 26th April 2016 aged 88 years. Sadly missed by Sister, Niece and friends. The funeral will be held on Friday 6th May 2016 at 11:00am at Deanway United Church, Chalfont St Giles, HP8 4JH. Family Flowers only please but donations for the Dogs Trust will be gratefully received.
