SMITH Geoffrey O’Brien (Geoff) Passed away at home on 11th June 2016 aged 83. Much loved dad, father-in-law and grandad. Reunited with Virginia, his much loved late wife. The funeral will be held in the Hampden Chapel, Chilterns Crematorium, Amersham on Friday 1st July at 2:45pm. All welcome to attend. Family flowers only.
