THOMPSON, David Kyle, AKA Dave Kyle, Author. Peacefully at the Churchill Hospital on 8th February. Dearly beloved husband of Vivienne and loving father of Andrew, Catherine and Jenny, and step-father of Lyn and Eve. Memorial Service to be held at Oxford Crematorium at 12 noon, Thursday 23 February.
