Herbert 'Bert' Lewis Passed away at Holyport Lodge Nursing Home on 12 April aged 85. Funeral to be held at The Chilterns Crematorium on 5 May at 1.15pm. All who knew Bert are welcome to attend. Please donate to Macmillan or Cancer Research rather than sending flowers. Remembering a lovely Dad to Bridget, Father in Law to Tony and Grandad to Daniel and Georgia. We have an empty space now that will never be filled, God Bless you. You will be forever in our hearts.
