Patricia Mary Stevens Passed away peacefully on 12th January 2018 aged 77 years. A loving wife of Vernon, mother to Lorraine and Colin and grandmother who will be missed greatly by all her family and friends. Funeral service will take place at the Chilterns Crematorium Milton Chapel on Friday 2nd February at 3.15pm. Family flowers only please.
