PHILLIPS, Eileen Mary Passed away on 4th March 2018. Dearly loved wife, mum, nana, nanny and friend. Will be greatly missed by many, and by her family forever. Funeral service to be held at the Milton Chapel, Chilterns Crematorium, Amersham, on Wednesday 28th March at 12.15pm, followed by reception at Hit or Miss Inn, Penn Street. Please dress as preferred - black not required. Family flowers only.
