Jim (Arthur James) Tanner Passed away peacefully on 13th March 2018, aged 88. Sadly, missed by his wife Sylvia, son Mark and brothers Bill, Gerald and Jeff. Jim served as Major of High Wycombe, as a Councillor for High Wycombe for many years and was an active member of Pensioners Voice, providing support for the elderly.
