HORSFIELD, Brigid (Carmel) Passed away peacefully on Friday 10th August 2018 aged 75 years. She will be greatly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral Service to take place at Breakspear Crematorium East Chapel on Friday 24th August 2018 at 2:30pm. Donations if desired to Alzheimer's Society.
