WALKER Jade Tara devoted and much loved daughter of Tina and the late Paul passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday 5th January 2011 after a long illness aged 17 years. Friend to many and loved by all. The funeral service has taken place. Donations, if desired, made payable to "The Thomas Ball" charity c/o Surman & Horwood Funeral Service, 25 High Street, Princes Risborough HP27 0AE. Thankyou to everyone who attended her funeral.
