Bridget Mary Cook 10th August 1922 Happy and well until she passed away, at peace and at home, 30th June 2012. Greatly loved and deeply missed by her family. Funeral Service Monday 16th July,11.45am in the Hampden Chapel at the Chilterns Crematorium, Amersham. Bridget loved Waterperry Gardens and Penn Woods, donations for trees there can be made c/o Surman & Horwood Funeral Service Ltd, 25 High Street, Princes Risborough, Bucks HP27 0AE.
