SIMMONS DEREK Aged 64 years. Formerly of Holtspur, Beaconsfield and lately in the care of Merton House, Blue Cedar Lodge and Cheriton Care Home. Died peacefully at Wexham Park Hospital on the 3rd July. With many thanks to all who cared for him. Funeral service is to be held on Tuesday 24th July at the Chilterns Crematorium, Hampden Chapel at 2.00 pm. Donations if desired will go to Mencap c/o Beacon Funeral Services, 27 Rose Avenue, Hazlemere, Bucks. HP15 7PH. 01494 818181.
