NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF PUBLIC PATH ORDER UNDER THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990, SECTION 257 AND SCHEDULE 14
FOOTPATH HWU/58/1 AT LAND AT
WYCOMBE SUMMIT, ABBEY BARN LANE,
HIGH WYCOMBE HP10 9QQ
On 30 November 2016 Wycombe District Council confirmed the above order.
The effect of the order as confirmed will be to divert part of the public footpath which crosses the land on the north-west side of Abbey Barn Lane, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire running from point A south-east for approximately 250 metres to point B (as shown by way of a solid black line on the order map)
and create an alternative footpath instead running from point A north north-east for approximately 30 metres to point C then in a generally south-east direction for approximately 350 metres to point D as shown by way of a bold black broken line on the order map. A copy of the confirmed order and the order map may
be seen free of charge at Council Offices, Queen Victoria Road, High Wycombe Bucks HP11 1BB from 8.45am to 5.15 p.m. from Mondays to Thursdays and 8.45am to 4:45pm on Fridays. Copies of the order and map can be bought there at the price of £17.00. This order comes into force on 30 November 2016 but if any person aggrieved by the order desires to question its validity or that of any provision contained in it on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above Act, or on the ground that any requirement of that Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in
relation to the confirmation of the order, he or she may
apply to the High Court for any of these purposes under section 287 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990
within 6 weeks from the date on which notice is first
published as required by paragraph 7 of Schedule 14
to that Act.
