The Council intends to make The Buckinghamshire County Council (Glenisters Road and Arch Way, High Wycombe) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2017

THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
The Council intends to make The Buckinghamshire County Council (Glenisters Road and Arch Way, High Wycombe) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2017 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Glenisters Road and Arch Way for 20m either side of the Railway Bridge. Alternative route: Arch Way, Oxford Road, Bellfield Road, Parker Knoll Way, Glenisters Road and Frogmoor. The closure is required whilst brickwork repairs and de-vegetation works take place commencing on 4 September 2017 between 2100 and 0530. The proposed Order will come into operation on 4 September 2017, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated 18 August 2017 The Council has made The Buckinghamshire County Council (Dukes Place, Marlow in the Parish of Marlow CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2017 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Dukes Place from junction with Spital Street to House number 13A. Alternative route: Dukes Place, Spittal Street, Dean Street, Cambridge Road and Crown Road. The closure is required whilst gas service pipe works take place commencing on 6 September 2017 between 09:30 and 16:30. The proposed Order will come into operation on 6 September 2017, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated 25 August 2017 The Council intends to make The Buckinghamshire County Council (Derehams Lane, High Wycombe in the Parish of Chepping Wycombe CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2017 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Derehams Lane, approximately 20m either side of the Railway Bridge. Alternative route: No Diversion Route is required. The closure is required whilst detailed examination of Bridge works take place commencing on 11 September 2017 between 09:30 and 15:30. The proposed Order will come into operation on 11 September 2017, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated: 25 August 2017 The Council intends to make The Buckinghamshire County Council (Hammersley Lane, High Wycombe in the Parish of Chepping Wycombe CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2017 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Hammersley Lane from 20 metres either side of the Bridge. Alternative route: Hammersley Lane, Robinson Road, Rayners Avenue and London Road. The closure is required whilst safety and structural Railway Bridge examination works take place commencing on 12 September 2017 between 09:30 and 15:30. The proposed Order will come into operation on 12 September 2017, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated: 25 August 2017 The Council intends to make The Buckinghamshire County Council (Micklefield Road, High Wycombe) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2017 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Micklefield Road for 20 metres either side of Bridge. Alternative route: Micklefield Road, London Road, Hatters Lane and Hicks Farm Rise. The closure is required whilst works to carry out brickwork repairs and strike chevrons to Railway Bridge takes place commencing on 13 September 2017 between 09:30 and 15:30. The proposed Order will come into operation on 13 September 2017, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated: 25 August 2017 The Council intends to make The Buckinghamshire County Council (Upper Icknield Way, Saunderton in the Parish of Bledlow-cum-Saunderton CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2017 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Upper Icknield Way for 20m either side of the level crossing. Alternative route: Upper Icknield Way, Bledlow Road, Picts Lane and Shootacre Lane. The closure is required whilst removal of vegetation works take place commencing on 17 September 2017 between 2330 and 0500. The proposed Order will come into operation on 17 September 2017, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated 25 August 2017 The Council intends to make The Buckinghamshire County Council (Bradenham Wood Lane, Walters Ash in the Parish of Bradenham CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2017 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Bradenham Wood Lane from its junction with A4010 to the end of the village. Alternative route: Bradenham Road, West Wycombe Road, Oxford Road, Arch Way, Glenisters Road, Hughenden Road, Hughenden Avenue, Green Hill, Valley Road, Coombe Lane and Main Road. The closure is required whilst road marking remedial works take place commencing on 17 September 2017 between 07:00 and 19:00. The proposed Order will come into operation on 17 September 2017, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated: 25 August 2017 The Council intends to make The Buckinghamshire County Council (Mill End Road, High Wycombe (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2017 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Mill End Road, High Wycombe. Alternative route: New Road, Cressex Road, John Hall Way, A404 M40 J4 Roundabout, Handy Cross Roundabout, Marlow Hill, Abbey Way Gyratory, Abbey Way, Oxford Road and West Wycombe Road. The closure is required whilst remedial and resurfacing works take place commencing on 17 September 2017 between 07:00 and 06:00. The proposed Order will come into operation on 17 September 2017, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated: 25 August 2017 (WYCOMBE DISTRICT) (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2010 (CRESSEX AMENDMENT) ORDER 2017 Notice is given that on 25th July 2017 Buckinghamshire County Council made an Experimental Traffic Regulation Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order is to introduce waiting restrictions and/or pay and display machines to regulate parking in Blenheim Road, Coronation Road, Halifax Road, Lancaster Road, Lincoln Road, Shackleton Road, Stirling Road, Turnpike Road and Wellington road, High Wycombe. The Order will come into force on the 28th August 2017. The Order contains provisions allowing Buckinghamshire County Council to modify or suspend the Order or any provision of the Order after carrying out statutory consultations in accordance with Section 10(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Buckinghamshire County Council will be considering in due course whether the provisions of the Experimental Order should be continued in force indefinitely. Any person may object to the making of the Order for the purpose of such indefinite continuation within a period of six months: (a) beginning with the day on which the Experimental Order comes into force, or (b) if the Order is varied by any Order made by the County Council or modified by the Service Director: Legal of the County Council pursuant to Section 10(2) of the 1984 Act, beginning with the day on which the variation or modification or the latest variation or modification came into force. Any objection must be in writing and state the grounds on which it is made. It should be sent to the Parking Manager, Transport for Buckinghamshire, New County Offices, Walton Street, Aylesbury HP20 1UY, or by email to parkingqueries@buckscc.gov.uk within the relevant time period specified above. A copy of the Order and Plans showing the lengths of road affected, together with a copy of the Council’s Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected during normal office hours at County Hall, Aylesbury. Further details are also available on the “Have your say” pages on the Buckinghamshire County Council web site. These documents will be on deposit at the said location from the date of publication of this Notice and will remain on deposit for the duration of the Experimental Order. Dated 25th July 2017.
NOTICE OF VARIATION OF ON STREET PAY AND DISPLAY PARKING CHARGES Notice is hereby given that the Council of the County of Buckinghamshire, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, by this notice of variation, hereby varies the charges as referred to in this notice and which apply to the parking places on the highway and in designated County Council off- street car parks, are now revised and superseded by the new charges as specified in this Notice.
