Wycombe District Swimming Club continued its most successful period in its history with victory in the Top Visiting Club Competition at the Reading Open Meet last weekend.
They ran out winners out of the 36 clubs that entered, amassing 25 golds, 39 silvers and 26 bronzes on the way.
Top individual medallist was Jenny Howard, 13, who won seven golds overall. She came first in the open 200m and 400m individual medley and followed that up with firsts in the 13-years 200m and 400m individual medley, 100m and 400m freestyle and 200m backstroke.
Howard also gained three silvers and a bronze to complete her weekend.
James Crawford, 14, was also in good form, winning five golds in the 14-years 200m and 400m individual medleyys, the 100m butterfly, and 100m and 200m backstroke. He also won a silver and three bonzes.
Alex Vine, still recovering from a chest infection, won four golds in the open and 16+ age group 400m individual medley and 200m backstroke events.
Anna Jemielity also excelled, winning three golds in the 13-years 50m backstroke, 100m backstroke and 200m freestyle.
And after nearly retiring at Christmas, Nicholas Grover, 19, returned to form with golds in the open and 16+ years 100m backstroke events, as well as four silvers.
There were also golds for Stephanie Wilson in the open and 16+ years 100m butterfly and Katie Ambridge, 12, in the U12 butterfly.
Josh Privett, 12, also came first in the U12 50m breaststroke.
