A 46-year-old man charged with sexually assaulting a girl under the age of 13 appeared before a crown court judge yesterday.
Richard Cunningham appeared at Aylesbury Crown Court yesterday, having been charged by Thames Valley Police last week.
He is accused of one count of assault on girl under 13 by touching. It is alleged the incident happened at an address in Chalfont St Peter.
Cunningham, of Maxwell Road, Beaconsfield, was given conditional bail and is set for another court appearance on June 23. He is likely to enter a plea at a later date.
