A new content marketing agency in Beaconsfield that launched just last year has been shortlisted for a prestigious international award.

Formative Content, a specialist content marketing agency which has a global client base, creates high quality corporate social media content by researching and writing blog posts, social media posts and articles and produces visual imagery, graphic memes and infographics to deliver complex information.

The business, which is based in Station Road, has been shortlisted for the Best B2B Professional and Financial Services category at the International Content Marketing Awards 2015.

Gay Flashman, CEO and founder of Formative Content, said: “We are delighted to have been shortlisted for such as prestigious award after such a short time of trading; this was an exciting project with tight deadlines and a very targeted brief.

“We’re very proud of what the team achieved, from design and creation of the site, to the creation of such specialist content.”

Formative Content was recognised for its work with multinational publishing and events client, Informa.

Formative Content designed an interactive hub for the upload of daily content when Informa needed new ways to engage with audiences for an event.

The company’s event, FundForum in Monaco, is attended by hundreds of fund managers from across the world each year and Informa wanted to find innovative ways to deliver high quality insight that could be posted live, whilst the conference was taking place.

Formative also created live new content in the form of blogs, articles and video interviews filmed on-site in Monaco and uploaded immediately to Facebook.

More than 40 videos were filmed and published over the two-day event. Alongside the live content hub, Formative Content also created an e-book, articles and reports.

FundForum’s Lucy Eldred, said: “We were blown away by the success of FundForumLive. It provided us with the opportunity to take the conversations taking place in real time at the event to the digital sphere, transforming FundForum International into a truly global event.”

The International Content Marketing Awards will take place in London on Thursday, December 3.

More than 100 agencies from 21 countries across six continents have entered this year’s event which is widely recognised as the most competitive in the industry.
