A 40-year-old man accused of two counts of rape has pleaded not guilty during a court appearance today (Tuesday).
Beaconsfield man Shaun Baber appeared at Aylesbury Crown Court this morning having being charged with an alleged rape of a woman over the age of 16.
Facing two charges, the 40-year-old pleaded not guilty and is now set to stand trial in August.
The Malthouse Square resident is next due to appear at the same court on August 22 with a trial set to start the following day.
