Hundreds of car enthusiasts descended on a Beaconsfield garage this weekend to marvel at an array of supercars in aid of charity.
A.J. Dunlop in London End hosted the sixth annual classic car open day on Saturday in aid of charity.
Alex Dunlop, who runs the garage, said a record 320 people passed through the gates to look at the impressive display of cars – including Ferraris, Aston Martins, Bentleys, Rolls Royce and Harley Davidsons.
Visitors also enjoyed live music, a barbecue and special appearances from two wrestlers.
Mr Dunlop said the day was “excellent” and he was “really, really pleased” to raise £1,350 for charity.
He said: “We had such a great time and the weather was fantastic. This is the sixth year we have run this and every year it gets bigger and better.
“We had lots of wonderful cars from some great clients. It is so kind of them. When I first did this it was just an idea I had one day. I asked some of our clients if I could borrow their cars and show them off and they were very happy to.”
The majority of the money raised will go towards a charity close to Mr Dunlop’s heart – the Motor Neurone Disease Association (MNDA) – while money raised from Ferrari rides for children will be donated to the Thames Valley Air Ambulance.
