Police close road in Chesham after 'incident'
Police closed a road in Chesham this afternoon while they dealt with an ‘incident’, causing delays for motorists.
Officers were called to Waterside around 2.45pm, and taped the road off, closing it to traffic between Red Lion Street and Amersham Road.
Police have not yet confirmed the nature of the incident, but said that the road is due to re-open shortly as they leave the scene.
It is not believed to be a road traffic incident.
