A man from Chesham is one of 11 men on trial at the Old Bailey in London this week accused of a string of sexual offences against young girls in Aylesbury.

Sajad Ali, 34, of Brockhurst Road, Chesham, is charged with rape, sexual activity with a child and administering a substance.

The court heard yesterday that one of the two victims, who were aged between 12 and 13 at the time the alleged offences began, claims she was “passed round” as many as 60 men for sex.

The vulnerable girls, both from unstable backgrounds, say they were raped on an almost daily basis from the age of 12 or 13 in Aylesbury, the Old Bailey heard.

Ali is charged alongside Vikram Singh, 45 from Aylesbury, Harmohan Nangpal, 41, from Hayes, Asif Hussain, 33, from Milton Keynes, Arshad Jani, 33, from Aylesbury, Mohammed Imran, 38, from Bradford, Faisal Iqbal, 32, from Aylesbury, Taimoor Khan, 29 from Aylesbury, Akbari Khan, 36, from Aylesbury, Jerome Joe, 35, from Buckingham, and Sohail Qamar, 41 from Aylesbury.

The men variously deny 52 sexual offences - including rape - between 2006 and 2012.

The trial continues.
