A man has been charged in connection with making indecent images of children by detectives who were investigating an incident where a series of CDs were found in and around Chesham.

Police were called out in September 2015 after residents reported finding CDs in Chesham which allegedly showed “disturbing” images.

Lee Hawkins, aged 25, from Maidenhead was charged on Monday, January 4, with one count of making indecent images of children and one count of perverting the course of justice.

Officers say the charges are in connection with an incident in September 2015 where CDs were distributed in and around Chesham.

Hawkins was arrested on 13 September 2015. He was charged on 4 January and is due to appear at Aylesbury Crown Court on 1 February 2016.
