A south Bucks music and comedy festival is back for the fourth year running, this time with TV star Ed Tudor-Pole.

The former Crystal Maze presenter, who was also the lead singer of punk rock band Tenpole Tudor, will lead an "impressive" line up at the The Buryfields festival at The Bury, Chesham old Town, on June 17 and 18.

Organisers say the festival will be “packed full of stuff of wonder” with a line-up of stars including chart-topping indie band The Farm, best known for its peace anthem All Together Now.

The band will be backed by home-grown talent, Chesham’s rising rockers Crossways.

The festival will also offer DJ sets from comedic rap group, Goldie Lookin’ Chain, a cabaret with comedian Dee Riley and punk ‘n’ rock karaoke by punk rock band The Liabilities.

The comedy stage will be headlined by Jonny Awsum, and children will be kept entertained with a magic show and an outdoor cinema showing kids’ classics all day.

A whole host of stalls will also feature in the festival, offering family activities such as face painting, henna tattoos and traditional Zimbabwean drum workshops, and foodies will be able to enjoy cuisines from around the world and grab a tipple at the Buryfields Arms, the festival’s on-site pub.

Tickets start from £19. For more information, go to www.buryfields.co.uk.
