A fire damaged the ground floor of a house in Flackwell Heath this morning.
Two fire crews from High Wycombe and one from Beaconsfield were called to tackle the blaze, in Clay Close, at about 9.35am.
Thirty per cent of the ground floor was damaged by fire and 70 per cent was damaged by heat and smoke.
Firefighters used two jets, one hose reel, four sets of breathing apparatus and a positive pressure ventilation fan.
