Three men have been arrested after notes that were thought to be fake were used during transactions in a pub and shop.
The men, all from London and aged between 17 and 27, have been arrested on suspicion of fraud by false representation after suspected £20 and £50 fake notes were handed over yesterday afternoon.
The arrests are in connection with an incident at a pub in High Street, Chalfont St Peter, which happened at around 1.17pm yesterday (January 21) and at a shop in Market Place, Gerrards Cross, which took place at around 1pm.
The men were arrested yesterday afternoon and released on police bail until February 28.
