Four lawyers at a Gerrards Cross-based solicitors have been promoted to senior roles within the company.

B P Collins, which has almost 50 years’ experience advising businesses and individuals on legal matters, is ending a “successful year” by making four of their experts, who have an array of specialities, senior associates at the firm.

Vicky Johnson, who joined the company in 2015 and specialises in trusts, inheritance tax planning and estate administration as well as managing wills, powers of attorney and probate, took on the new role on May 1.

She is joined as senior associate in the private client team by Lucy Fisher, who previously worked for a local firm and knows the area well. As well as wills and lasting powers of attorney work, Lucy also undertakes Court of Protection work.

From the company’s property team Mike Wragg, who joined the firm in 2014, joins the senior associates. He specialises in residential property including freehold and leashold work, re-mortgages and transfer of equity.

Chris Brazier, who has experience in employment matters with a focus on advising corporate clients on business immigration issues and obtaining sponsorship licences, completes the promotions group.

Chris Hardy, senior partner, congratulated them on their success.
