Cilla Black’s south Bucks mansion has been put up for sale for almost £4.5 million.

10 months after the former television star and singer died, her family have now put the seven-bedroom Denham property on the market.

Marketed by a high-end estate agent, the property has been put for sale for £4.35 million.

The Blind Date host’s former home boasts 20 acres of land, seven bedrooms, four bathrooms, five to six garages, tennis courts, a snooker room, swimming pool and even a separate two-bedroom cottage.

Cilla, who passed away in August 2015 at the age of 72, is understood to have bought the Tilehouse Lane property in the 1970s.

Now on the property market, estate agent de Mallet Morgan say the house is perfect for commuters, adding that it is “the perfect family home, with more recreational facilities than most”.

The ‘Anyone who had a Heart' singer was patron of two south Bucks charities and following the announcement of her death tributes poured in for the “remarkable” celebrity from across the county.
