Entry form for Green Project or Group

GENERAL ADVICE - PLEASE READ BEFORE FILLING OUT YOUR ENTRY FORM

*This year judges are especially looking for evidence of new activity started since September 2006. So don’t foget to tell us about anything you are doing that is new.

*You can fill out the form online. If you have any extra information along with any pictures, drawings, documents etc, send to Patricia Burke at Bucks Free Press & Times Group, Loudwater Mill, Station Road, High Wycombe, Bucks, HP10 9TY . If you are submitting the form online, but have other things you want to send us, then please send them to the same address, attaching a copy of your online entry form.

If you have any problems about what to include or how to fill out the form email Patricia Burke on pburke@london.newsquest.co.uk.

*Do include as much relevant information as you can in your entry - but the judges will be assessing what you have done, not how much you have written or how professional your entry looks!

*Do include, if you can, the name and contact details of someone who can confirm what you have been doing.

The borough awards will be judged in September and October and entrants will be contacted once judging has taken place.

GOOD LUCK AND THANK YOU FOR TAKING PART!
