Staff from a High Wycombe business will take on a 25km trek up some of the UK's highest peaks in June to raise money for charity.
A team of 10 from insurance broker and financial advisor MRIB on Amersham Hill will climb Pen Y Fan (886m), Corn Du (873m), Cribyn (795m) and Fan y Big (719m) in Wales during the 2016 Trekfest challenge.
The team, part of the firm’s charity committee, is raising money for Alexander Devine Children’s Cancer Trust, a Berkshire charity that supports children with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions, and their families, and is developing a hospice facility.
Spokeswoman Hasena Zeb said: “In 2015 MRIB undertook the Tough Mudder challenge and raised a significant amount of money for Helen & Douglas House.
“This made us realise that, as a company, we had the ability to collectively make a real difference.”
