An electric hot plate caused a fire in High Wycombe yesterday.
Bucks Fire and Rescue were called to Crest Road at 7.08am on Sunday (June 5) after a small fire started in the electrical appliance.
Three crews - two from High Wycombe and one from Marlow - attended the scene but the fire was out on arrival.
Firefighters isolated the burnt hot plate and used a PPV (positive pressure centilation) fan.
